Senior Villa Manager

Our client, an ultra-luxurious, modern Mediterranean-style villa known to be the perfect getaway for families and groups seeking an exceptional experience in both quality and convenience, is actively seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to join their team.

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will oversee the villa's daily operations, including managing staff, handling payments, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure seamless and efficient service.

Requirements:

• Fluent and comprehensive in the English language.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a villa manager or at a similar level and responsibilities in luxury hotel operations.
• Experienced head of butler or front office manager are open to apply.
• Pro-active, Initiative-driven, agile, and natural problem solver.
• Responsible with a strong sense of duty.
• Willingness and capability to handle daily tasks required for villa management such as being the contact person for villa matters, assisting with the check-in process, organising villa maintenance etc
• Experience managing Online Travel Agents (OTAs) preferred.
• Experience handling large group inquiries is a plus.
• Preferably residing in or near the Uluwatu area.

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional service and ensure a personalised experience for guests, addressing any needs or concerns promptly.
• Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness, and overall condition of the villa, ensuring it meets high standards.
• Manage and coordinate the villa staff, including housekeepers, chefs, and maintenance personnel, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
• Handle guest reservations, manage booking systems, and coordinate check-ins and check-outs.
• Oversee budgeting, manage expenses, and ensure accurate financial reporting and record-keeping.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, including personalized services and special requests.
• Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure the villa complies with local regulations and safety standards, including health and safety protocols.
