About the job Restaurant Manager
Our client is a fast-growing restaurant concept in Canggu, known for its premium barbecue and open-fire dining experience. They are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead the pre-opening and day-to-day operations, ensuring operational excellence, exceptional guest experiences, and strong business performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.

Pre-opening restaurant experience is highly preferred.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including budgeting, P&L management, and food and labor cost control.

Proven experience in recruitment, team development, SOP implementation, and staff training.

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in POS and restaurant management systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the restaurant's pre-opening activities, ensuring operational readiness before launch.

Oversee the day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient service delivery.

Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and service standards.

Manage budgeting, monitor financial performance, and control food, beverage, and labor costs to maximize profitability.

Recruit, train, mentor, and develop the restaurant team while fostering a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company operational standards.

Monitor operational performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions.

Work closely with senior management to achieve business objectives, revenue targets, and operational excellence.

Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
