Our client is an eco-luxury wellness resort in Bali, looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing to drive sales growth, brand expansion, and market presence.
An ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in wellness and hospitality, with expertise in generating revenue, building client relationships, and leading targeted marketing and sales marketing efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a similar field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
- At least 5 years in a sales and marketing leadership role within the wellness and hospitality sectors, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- A deep understanding of the luxury wellness sector and consumer behaviour, particularly in the Asian and international markets.
- Skilled in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and analytics software.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities, adept at building long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Solid skills in project management with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
- Strong knowledge of wellness and sustainability, with a commitment to promoting holistic well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue and expand brand recognition, while staying aligned with the brand's core values and mission.
- Drive initiatives to increase bookings and partnerships, manage a pipeline of prospects, and convert leads into loyal customers, focusing on revenue growth.
- Elevate the brand's wellness-oriented identity through targeted campaigns and partnerships, engaging in outreach that highlights the brand's commitment to sustainability and holistic health.
- Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital platforms, social media, PR, and content creation to effectively reach and engage the target audience.
- Lead and nurture a high-achieving sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous development to drive results.
- Monitor key performance indicators, adjust strategies as needed to optimize results, and provide insights on market trends and competition.
