Our client, a pre-opening international restaurant in Uluwatu that specializes in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead front-of-house operations and ensure a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest.

This role supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily floor operations, supervising service staff, maintaining high standards of hospitality, and ensuring smooth coordination between the service and kitchen teams. The Floor Manager will also assist with staff training, manage guest relations, handle reservations, and help implement SOPs in preparation for the restaurant's opening and beyond.

Requirements

    • Proven experience in a similar role within upscale or international restaurants for a minimum of one year.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and guest service abilities.
    • Well-groomed, professional, and personable.
    • Familiarity with POS systems and reservation platforms.
    • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and good command of English.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
    • Experience in pre-opening environments is a plus.

Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service flow.
    • Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
    • Assist in training and onboarding new service team members.
    • Ensure proper table management and reservation handling.
    • Monitor cleanliness, ambience, and readiness of the dining area.
    • Coordinate closely with kitchen and bar teams for timely service.
    • Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
    • Support in implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Assist in managing stock levels for service-related items and supplies.
