Our client is a pre‑opening ultra‑luxury property in Central Bali. They are seeking a highly experienced Revenue Consultant to provide strategic guidance, optimise pricing and distribution strategies, and enhance overall revenue performance across all segments during the property's pre‑opening phase.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in revenue management within luxury hospitality environments, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated consulting experience, preferably with boutique and independent luxury brands
  • Solid pre-opening experience, including setting up revenue strategies, systems, and distribution channels
  • In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies, market segmentation, and demand forecasting
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Expertise in revenue management systems (RMS), channel managers, and distribution platforms
  • Proven ability to develop and implement effective revenue optimization strategies across all market segments
  • Strong understanding of market trends, competitor analysis, and positioning within the luxury segment
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior leadership
  • Results-driven, with a strategic mindset and hands-on approach
  • Ability to work independently in a consulting capacity with a flexible and solution-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of current revenue performance, pricing structures, and distribution strategies
  • Develop and implement a strategic revenue management plan aligned with the hotel's positioning and business objectives
  • Optimize pricing strategies across all segments, including rooms, packages, and ancillary revenue streams
  • Establish effective demand forecasting models and identify opportunities to maximize occupancy and ADR
  • Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer behavior to inform revenue decisions
  • Provide recommendations on channel mix, distribution strategy, and partnerships to enhance visibility and profitability
  • Support the setup and optimization of revenue management systems, tools, and reporting frameworks (especially for pre-opening phase)
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue-driven initiatives
  • Advise senior management on revenue opportunities, risks, and strategic direction
  • Monitor performance metrics regularly and adjust strategies to ensure revenue targets are achieved
  • Deliver periodic reports and insights, including actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide training and guidance to the internal team to ensure sustainable revenue management practices post-engagement
