Our client is a 5* eco-luxury villa in West Bali, offering scenic views and a tranquil, nature-driven ambience. They are seeking a results-oriented Sales Manager (Leisure) to drive revenue from the leisure segment, develop strong partnerships with travel agents and tour operators, and enhance the property's positioning within both domestic and international luxury markets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Executive or Sales Manager in the leisure/FIT segment

Proven experience within luxury resort environments

Strong capability in delivering sales presentations to travel agents and partners

Experience working with local DMCs and international tour operators

Familiarity with travel trade activities, including sales blitz and familiarisation visits
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to set targets and monitor performance effectively
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive room revenue from the leisure segment, including FIT, wholesale, and travel trade

Develop and maintain strong partnerships with travel agents, tour operators, and key distribution channels

Maximize occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies and market positioning

Identify and grow opportunities within both domestic and international leisure markets

Represent the property through sales activities such as trade visits, sales blitz, and familiarisation trips
- Contribute to the overall commercial strategy to strengthen the property's presence in the luxury leisure segment
