They are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Finance to lead the resort's financial operations and ensure sound fiscal management across the business. This role will oversee budgeting, financial reporting, cost control, compliance, and internal controls, while serving as a key business partner to the General Manager and ownership in driving profitability and long-term financial performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline; professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CA are highly advantageous.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Director of Finance within an international 5-star luxury hotel or resort.

Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, internal controls, and cost management.

Solid understanding of Indonesian accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory compliance requirements.

Proven ability to analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Experience working with hotel financial systems and ERP platforms.

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to develop and motivate finance teams.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.

High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commercial acumen.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the overall Finance Department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, and provide strategic financial analysis to support business planning and decision-making.

Monitor and control costs across all departments to maximize profitability and operational efficiency.

Prepare and review monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for the General Manager and ownership.

Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions to ensure the hotel's financial stability.

Ensure timely and accurate completion of audits, tax filings, and regulatory submissions.

Establish and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures in line with luxury hospitality standards.

Partner closely with operational department heads to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement.

Supervise payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing controls, and income audit functions.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to build a high-performing and service-oriented department.
- Provide financial guidance to senior management and support strategic initiatives to improve overall business performance.
