Our client is a contemporary Italian dining in the heart of Canggu, offering an elevated culinary experience with warm hospitality, premium ingredients, and a refined yet inviting atmosphere. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead and execute their social media strategy, create and schedule engaging content, manage community interactions, run ad campaigns, track performance, and stay up to date with social and food trends. The role will ensure brand consistency across platforms, collaborate on cross-channel content, and maintain a positive, team-oriented approach in all communications.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of social media marketing (management and content creation) experience with corporate brands or agencies; knowledge of restaurant industry marketing a plus
  • High level of proficiency with social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager and other social planning and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe platforms, Canva, and Photoshop
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Eye for detail and design aesthetics
  • AI knowledgeable/friendly
  • Self-starter with the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced environment & meet changing deadlines on multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Works well under pressure and has a flexible and positive attitude
  • In-depth understanding of relevant and upcoming social media

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
    • Create, schedule and publish engaging content across social media platforms
    • Analyze current marketing efforts to pinpoint weaknesses and make improvements
    • Collaborate with other marketing experts to develop cross-channel assets
    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages and mentions to foster community engagement
    • Leverage social media trends to gain traction and amplify following
    • Ensure all assets are on brand and in line with company values and goals
    • Set, monitor and react to information gleaned from key performance indicators (KPIs)
    • Manage social media advertising budgets
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes and best practices
    • Manage social media tools and platforms used for scheduling, listening and analytics
