About the job Marketing Consultant (Contract)
Our client is a specialty coffee company recognised globally for its modern concept stores, artisanal offerings, and innovative culinary approach. They are currently seeking a Marketing Consultant to develop and implement creative marketing strategies that strengthen brand positioning, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth. This role will focus on both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive brand communication across all channels while supporting the launch and expansion of new store openings.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or consultant role.
 - Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies for Food & Beverage brands, preferably in Bali.
 - Ability to analyse data and generate insights for decision-making.
 - Strong leadership, project management, and team collaboration skills.
 - Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing trends and technologies.
 - Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
 - Experience in online advertising, including but not limited to: Google Ads, Google Analytics, and TripAdvisor.
 - Proven experience in writing press releases and online content (portfolio required)
 
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote products, services, and brand image.
 - Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions.
 - Writing and coordinating press-releases, composing various online content for the company's website and social media accounts.
 - Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
 - Lead and manage a marketing team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
 - Collaborate with other departments (sales, product development, customer service, etc.) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.
 - Identifying, acquiring and maintaining new influencers and celebrities contacts in line with the brand.
 - Work closely with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing strategies.
 - Use data and analytics tools to track campaign performance and customer feedback.
 - Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
 - Allocate funds for different campaigns, monitor expenses, and ensure budget adherence.
 - Evaluate the ROI of marketing expenditures and adjust strategies as needed.
