Guest Relations Ambassador

Our client is a globally recognised operator of 5-star luxury integrated resorts in Macau, renowned for delivering exceptional hospitality and entertainment experiences. They are currently seeking a Guest Relations Ambassador to provide personalised and memorable guest experiences by combining Front Desk and Concierge responsibilities, ensuring the highest standards of service and creating lasting impressions for VIP and high-profile guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a luxury or five-star hotel environment.
• Proficiency in speaking Mandarin is a strong advantage.
• Professional grooming standard with a minimum height of 170 cm due to uniform sizing and operational requirements.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  
• Previous experience working in Chinese‑speaking countries or regions is preferable.
• Guest-oriented mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalised service.
  
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-service environment.
• Experience interacting with VIP and high-profile guests.

• Create memorable experiences that drive guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests before, during, and after their stay.
  
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality by delivering exceptional, personalized experiences that consistently exceed guest expectations.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all guest requests and preferences are handled effectively and professionally.
