What Youll Do
In this role, youll collaborate closely with the C-Suite to shape and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment across all revenue-generating departments. Youll lead and build a global marketing team, foster a culture of innovation, and oversee key communication channels. Your proactive insights will drive improvements in processes, messaging, and brand strategies to support sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management:

  • Oversee the creation, scheduling, and distribution of content across various platforms (website, blog, social media, email, etc.).

  • Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.

  • Manage content calendars to ensure consistent messaging and timely delivery of campaigns.

Lead Management:

  • Track and manage incoming leads from various marketing channels (paid, organic, referrals, events).

  • Coordinate the handoff of leads from marketing to sales, ensuring timely and accurate lead assignment.

  • Utilize CRM tools to capture, segment, and nurture leads to optimize lead-to-customer conversion rates.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) Monitoring:

  • Monitor and report on CAC metrics, identifying opportunities to reduce acquisition costs while improving marketing efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the finance team to track marketing spend, forecast budgets, and ensure ROI targets are met for different campaigns.

Pipeline Management:

  • Work closely with the sales team to monitor the marketing pipeline, identifying where leads are getting stuck and optimizing the flow through the sales funnel.

  • Track lead progression through the pipeline, from initial contact to conversion into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Lead Conversion to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs):

  • Develop and implement lead nurturing campaigns to engage and qualify leads based on defined criteria.

  • Monitor engagement metrics (email opens, clicks, social media interactions) and adjust marketing tactics to increase lead conversion rates.

  • Use marketing automation tools to manage drip campaigns and automated workflows that drive lead nurturing and qualification.

Campaign Execution and Optimization:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events, and email marketing.

  • Analyze campaign performance data (CTR, impressions, conversions) and provide actionable insights to improve future campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to manage paid media campaigns and optimize ad spend.

Market Research and Competitor Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor strategies.

  • Provide insights on potential market opportunities and areas for marketing focus.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular marketing reports and dashboards to track performance metrics such as website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and pipeline growth.

  • Analyze data to identify trends, strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for marketing improvements.

  • Present performance findings to senior marketing and sales leaders.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure that all marketing communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent voice across all channels.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage PR initiatives, partnerships, and influencer relationships that enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership experience in managing remote teams.

  • 5+ years in US B2B marketing.

  • Proven track record of growing a leads pipeline.

  • Experience in B2B messaging to SMBs across the USA is a must.

  • Experience with HubSpot Sales & Marketing.
