Customer Success Manager (Remote, US/EMEA)

Were assisting a fast-growing SaaS company in hiring an experienced and motivated Customer Success Manager. This role focuses on building strong customer relationships, driving retention and growth, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers throughout their journey with the platform.

The ideal candidate will guide customers to achieve their business goals, manage onboarding, identify expansion opportunities, and address challenges proactively.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and develop strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Guide customers through their journey, from onboarding to renewal, ensuring success with the platform.
  • Lead onboarding processes, including live training sessions for new customers.
  • Track and report on key metrics like customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Identify and manage upsell opportunities to drive account expansion.
  • Monitor account health and proactively mitigate churn risks.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for product improvements and new features.
  • Contribute to refining customer success workflows and best practices.

Who Were Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS.
  • Passion for exceptional customer experiences and delivering positive results.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage with users across various organizational levels.
  • Proven success managing complex customer relationships and driving account growth.
  • Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical skills to deliver data-driven insights and prepare account reviews.
  • Project management expertise to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and nurture growth opportunities.
  • Comfortable working in a remote-first environment and collaborating across teams.

  • Experience in sales or marketing.
  • Familiarity with high-growth startup environments.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and tools for customer success.
  • Understanding of remote work practices.
