We are currently seeking a Customer Success Representative/Strategic Account Manager to join our clients team.

About the Role:
This role is essential in ensuring a seamless experience for clients, driving customer satisfaction, reducing churn, and fostering long-term partnerships. As the Customer Success Representative/Strategic Account Manager, you will guide clients through the onboarding process, address their challenges, and ensure they realize the full value of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding and Guidance: Act as the main point of contact from the moment a client signs up, guiding them step-by-step through a 90-day Proof of Concept (POC).
  • Customer Success: Regularly engage with clients to ensure their needs are met and they achieve measurable success using the platform.
  • Retention and Churn Reduction: Proactively identify risks and work to address client concerns to improve retention and satisfaction rates.
  • Billing Support: Assist clients with billing issues, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolutions.
  • Account Management: Monitor client health, provide regular updates, and recommend solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Reporting: Provide feedback and insights to internal teams regarding client needs, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Location: Candidates must reside in Latin America (LATAM).
  • Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in customer success, account management, or a related role.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Language Proficiency: Advanced English skills (verbal and written) are mandatory.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive Mindset: Ability to anticipate client needs and offer tailored solutions.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to handle multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in an international environment.
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms or billing systems.
