About the Role
Webinar Execution: Manage all aspects of webinar logistics, from scheduling to platform setup, ensuring smooth operation and a seamless experience for attendees.
Promotions and Engagement: Develop strategies to drive registrations and attendance through email campaigns, social media, and paid promotions, increasing webinar reach and impact.
Live Webinar Operations: Oversee live sessions, managing the technical aspects and handling Q&A, providing real-time support to ensure the event runs smoothly.
Speaker Coordination: Work closely with speakers to align their content with the expectations of the audience, ensuring clear and impactful delivery.
Post-Webinar Follow-Up: Handle post-event tasks, such as nurturing leads and repurposing webinar content, to drive continued engagement and growth
Graphics: Manage graphic development for landing pages and promotion on social media sites.
Lead Analysis: Work with the sales team to analyze lead quality and identify the right types of companies and job roles to target.
About You
Knowledge and Abilities
Webinar Management: Proficiency in handling all aspects of webinar operations, from planning to execution, ensuring smooth delivery and high engagement. Past experience is critical.
Digital Marketing: Ability to create and execute promotional strategies using email marketing, social media, and paid advertisements to boost attendance.
Technical Skills: Expertise in managing webinar platforms like Zoom, WebinarJam, GoToWebinar, and Demio, including troubleshooting and ensuring technical smoothness during live sessions.
Audience Engagement: Strong communication skills to effectively manage Q&A, foster attendee interaction, and ensure a positive experience.
Content Optimization: Ability to analyze webinar performance, gather feedback, and optimize future webinars based on data insights.
Education and Certifications
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred. Experience successfully running webinars in the past is required.
Technical Skills
Webinar Platforms: Proficiency with webinar tools such as Zoom, GoToWebinar, Demio, or similar platforms.
Email Campaign Tools: Experience with email marketing tools such as MailChimp or HubSpot to promote webinars and engage with registrants.
Analytics: Ability to analyze webinar data using tools like Google Analytics or webinar platform analytics to track success and optimize strategies.
Experience
Webinar Execution: At least 2 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing webinars or virtual events.
Digital Marketing: Proven experience in driving audience growth through digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
Technical Support: At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting technical issues in live webinar environments.
