Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on-site in Medellín, Colombia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving lead qualification and conversion, serving as a vital link between our marketing and sales efforts. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our ambitious growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to engage with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments between brokerages and our sales team.
• Promote products, services, and events such as webinars to prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while qualifying leads.
• Update and manage client profiles in the company's CRM system.

Required Skills and Experience

• Advanced English communication skills (C1 level or higher).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar SDR or sales role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM EST.

Desirable Experience

• Exposure to the US insurance market.
• Previous experience managing teams or leading projects.
