Onboarding Specialist (On-site - CDMX)

Baja Nearshore is recruiting for one of our clients, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, looking for an Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new customers, guiding them through the onboarding process, activating key workflows, and driving product adoption. It’s a high-volume, fast-paced position that blends customer success, communication, and tech-savviness, perfect for someone who loves helping others succeed with powerful software

What You'll Do

• Lead structured onboarding sessions, guiding customers through key product workflows.
• Help users confidently set up and use core features such as Mailbox Linking, CRM Sync, and Sequences.
• Develop deep product expertise and become a trusted go-to resource for new customers.
• Manage a high volume of onboarding calls while maintaining strong engagement and a personalized experience.
• Share feedback and help refine onboarding processes based on common customer questions or roadblocks.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• English fluency (B2-C1 level) with a talent for explaining technical concepts in a clear, friendly way.
• Comfortable using video conferencing tools; you enjoy helping customers face-to-face (virtually!).
• Tech-forward and adaptable - You're quick to learn new tools and platforms. Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• You enjoy structured, repeatable tasks and are always looking for ways to improve and optimize.
