Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to streamline operations.
  • Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot systems and integrations.
  • Oversee and enhance marketing automation platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Implement and execute email marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Conduct market research and perform competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable reports to measure effectiveness.
  • Develop and refine marketing processes and workflows for efficiency and scalability.
  • Implement and manage lead scoring and nurturing programs to improve conversion rates.
  • Lead the integration of marketing automation tools with CRM systems.
  • Identify, evaluate, and implement new marketing technologies to drive innovation.
  • Design, build, and maintain performance reporting dashboards to track key metrics.
  • Assess and improve customer experience across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize landing pages and marketing funnels.
  • Optimize user funnels and identify key conversion points for improvement

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

  • Successfully audit and optimize the marketing technology stack, including Hubspot systems.
  • Implement at least two scalable marketing workflows to improve efficiency.
  • Develop and share performance reports that measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to launch at least one integrated campaign.
  • Identify and propose new marketing technologies or strategies to enhance operations.

Education and Experience

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations or a related field.
    Proficiency in Hubspot.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM
    integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with marketing processes, lead scoring, and user funnel optimization.
  • English proficiency at a C1/C2 level
