We're looking for a Product Support Specialist to be the face of our client and to creatively work alongside their customers.

You will:
- Spend most of your time interacting with users via email, chat, and video chat.
- Optimize internal and external documentation and processes.
- Work closely with other teams to improve product offerings and messaging around new products.
- Analyze processes and investigate changes that help scale operations.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
