Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Location: Remote (Candidates based in Latin America only)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the initial stages of the sales process by identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads. This is a remote position for candidates based in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound activities such as cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
• Research and identify potential clients in target industries to develop a robust pipeline of leads.
• Engage with prospects to understand their needs and pain points, and effectively communicate how our solutions can address them.
• Schedule and conduct initial sales meetings and demos with qualified leads to move them through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide feedback and insights from interactions with prospects.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), ensuring all activities and lead interactions are properly documented.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product offerings, industry trends, and sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SDR or similar sales role. Prior experience in outbound sales, cold calling, and email outreach is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone and via email.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with potential clients.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Apollo).
• Fluent in English
• Based in Latin America.
