As an Account Manager within the SMB segment, youll play a crucial role in driving customer growth, increasing product adoption, and expanding revenue opportunities across a diverse portfolio of clients. Youll act as the main point of contact for SMB customers, helping them get the most out of the platform while identifying new ways to support their business needs. What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of SMB accounts, ensuring a seamless customer experience and driving retention.
- Identify and close incremental business opportunities through upsells, cross-sells, and seat expansions.
- Conduct virtual meetings, product activation sessions, and business reviews to maximize customer value.
- Develop and maintain detailed account plans to identify new growth opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with customer success, sales, marketing, and product teams to align on customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive adoption and long-term success.
- Maintain a high level of organization and ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and sales technology to provide expert guidance to customers.
What You Bring
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in a product-led growth environment.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and expansion targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
- Experience building a 3x pipeline coverage through inbound and outbound strategies.
- A customer-first approach with the ability to balance customer success with business objectives.
- Strong aptitude for understanding and explaining product capabilities to drive adoption.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A highly adaptable mindset comfortable navigating fast-changing environments and new processes.
