Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn, including Sales Navigator, to research, identify, and engage potential clients, building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct cold calling campaigns to generate interest and effectively communicate the company’s value proposition.
  • Develop and execute email marketing sequences to nurture leads and follow up on inquiries.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and share key insights.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on lead generation activities and sales progress.
  • Participate in ongoing sales training and development programs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and appointments.
  • Provide feedback from potential clients to improve products and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Close to native English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, specifically in LinkedIn sales, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience using CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
  • Residency in Latin America, with the flexibility to work across different time zones as needed.
