Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ outbound sales techniques, including cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach, to generate interest and secure meetings with Finance, Operations, and IT leaders.
  • Promote our company's product offerings, designed to streamline software renewals and save clients time and money.
  • Acquire proficiency in modern sales technology tools such as Salesforce, Groove, Aircall, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales Development and Enablement Managers, as well as the Head of Sales, to enhance sales skills and refine messaging strategies.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Demonstrated success in a high-velocity sales environment as a top-performing SDR/BDR for at least 2 years.
  • Exceptional proficiency in English within a business context.
  • Proven track record of selling into U.S. prospects for a U.S.-based tech company, with a strong emphasis on cold calling.
  • Ability to not only meet but exceed sales targets consistently.
  • Possession of strong interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and empathy.
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to the company's journey and growth.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resilient in the face of rejection.
