Scope of the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality meetings for our Account Executives, targeting mid-market and SMB companies. You will use innovative strategies and multiple outreach channels to build relationships with prospects, while working closely with our founders to contribute to the growth and scaling of the sales team. Key Responsibilities
- Research, identify, and qualify leads within the B2B SaaS sector.
- Develop and execute outbound strategies to establish connections with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through email outreach, phone calls, and social media.
- Educate prospects on the value and benefits of our platform.
- Schedule and secure high-quality appointments for Account Executives.
- Collaborate directly with the founders to align efforts with revenue goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 24 months of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- A passion for sales and enthusiasm for cold outreach.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
