Our client, a fast-growing outbound agency, is looking to hire a skilled Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join its fully remote team. Role Overview:
As an SDR, you'll play a critical role in the lead generation and client acquisition process. You'll be responsible for initiating contact with potential prospects, qualifying them, and setting up appointments for the sales teams. This is a high-volume outbound calling role using a power dialer. It is ideal for someone who is energized by making a high number of calls and engaging in fast-paced conversations.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads.
- Engage with decision-makers via phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Use a power dialer to execute a high volume of outbound calls daily.
- Collaborate with Account Executives to schedule qualified sales appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system.
Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an SDR, preferably in an agency environment or managing multiple client accounts.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and pitch diverse client offerings.
- Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales outreach.
- Experience working with or targeting the US market is highly preferred.
