As a Virtual Assistant, you will:
Assist with daily virtual assistant tasks.
Manage and organize inbox and calendar proactively.
Handle LinkedIn connections and messages.
Respond to simple messages using templates.
Track customer deals and follow-ups independently.
Proactively remind and prompt action on important tasks and deadlines.
Support a fast-paced startup environment with adaptability.
What We're Looking For:
Understanding of US culture and business etiquette.
Experience with virtual assistant tasks.
Familiarity with managing LinkedIn messages and connections.
Background in account management or sales coordination (preferred).
The ideal candidate will be:
Highly proactive and confident.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented and organized.
Ability to anticipate needs and manage follow-ups effectively.
Comfortable reminding and prompting action without hesitation.
