The company focuses on content creation, branding, and strategy for a media platform showcasing the finest aspects of a U.S. city, including real estate, new developments, local businesses, and events. Their digital presence spans Instagram, Threads, YouTube, a dedicated website, and a growing email list. Through innovative strategies and training materials, they empower real estate agents to create impactful social media content and email campaigns.

The team consists of a small but dedicated group, including experienced remote professionals from the Philippines. They value collaboration and have built a culture centered on leveraging global talent to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Write and optimize blog posts, captions, and video scripts for real estate, neighborhood tours, small businesses, and events. Repurpose content across platforms while adhering to SEO best practices.
  • Social Media Management: Manage Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and other platforms, including scheduling posts, researching trends, and engaging with followers while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns, design graphics, analyze data, and improve performance metrics.
  • Automation and Tools: Develop automations to streamline workflows using tools like ManyChat (preferred) and ChatGPT. Utilize Notion for organization and collaboration.
  • SEO and Website Optimization: Optimize website content and implement SEO strategies to enhance visibility and performance.
  • Research and Reporting: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and create actionable insights through reports.
  • Project Management: Organize, prioritize, and manage tasks to meet deadlines while proactively suggesting workflow improvements.
  • Graphic Design: Create professional, brand-consistent visuals using Canva for email, blog, and social media content.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent English proficiency (oral and written).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
