Account Executive, SMB (Mexico City - Hybrid)
Baja Nearshore is recruiting for one of our clients, a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, looking for an Account Executive to drive new business and expansion revenue within the SMB segment. This role is ideal for sales professionals who thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and have experience managing the full sales cycle from lead to close.
What You'll Do
- Manage inbound leads and guide founders, sales, and operations professionals through the sales process.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, product demonstrations, trials, pricing negotiation, and closing.
- Work with clients across various industries, from solo founders and small teams to agencies and resellers.
- Create urgency in deals by setting clear next steps and identifying key drivers for decision-making.
- Maintain strong CRM hygiene and sales process adherence.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve or exceed targets.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of product, pricing, and customer personas to improve sales effectiveness.
- Be proactive and resourceful in handling product, security, and legal inquiries.
- Contribute to process improvements and share insights to optimize the sales motion.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of experience in a full-cycle closing sales role (B2B SaaS preferred).
- 3+ years of total work experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strong ability to communicate and influence key stakeholders across both technical and non-technical roles.
- Fluency in English (C1/C2 level required).
- Track record of exceeding revenue targets and handling high deal volumes.
- Adaptability to quickly learn new technologies and optimize sales strategies.
- Coachable, proactive, and goal-driven with a growth mindset.
