Role Overview:

The Production Manager will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective execution of all construction projects, from planning to completion. This role involves managing project timelines, resources, and teams to ensure projects meet company standards and client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a focus on achieving project goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion.
• Oversee the permit application process, ensuring permits are obtained within the required timeline.
• Coordinate inspections for projects in advance to ensure smooth job progression.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking milestones and deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Manage and allocate resources, including labor, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
• Monitor and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe working environment on all job sites.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
• Prepare and review project documentation, including budgets, contracts, and progress reports.
• Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and client expectations.
