About the Role

HubSpot Implementation: Configure and customize HubSpot to align with client-specific workflows, ensuring seamless onboarding and integration.
Data Management: Oversee data migration and management within HubSpot, maintaining accuracy and integrity.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop custom dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for clients.
Client Training and Support: Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to help clients maximize HubSpot's capabilities.
Process Optimization: Collaborate with clients to enhance marketing, sales, and service processes using HubSpot tools.

About You

Knowledge and Abilities:

  • HubSpot Expertise: Proficient in HubSpots marketing, sales, and service hubs, including workflows and automation.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify client needs and provide tailored HubSpot solutions.
  • Analytical Skills: Skilled in creating data-driven strategies and optimizing processes using reporting tools.
  • Client Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively train and support clients.
  • Technical Aptitude: Experience integrating HubSpot with third-party platforms and troubleshooting issues.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelors Degree: Preferred in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • HubSpot Certifications: Completion of HubSpot Academy certifications is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

  • CRM Management: Hands-on experience with CRM implementation and optimization, specifically HubSpot.
  • Automation: Proficient in creating workflows, email sequences, and pipeline automation.
  • Data Manipulation: Skilled in using Excel or Google Sheets for data management and cleaning.
  • API Integrations: Familiarity with integrating HubSpot with other tools through APIs or middleware platforms.

Experience:

  • HubSpot Consulting: 2 to 5 years of experience implementing and managing HubSpot solutions for clients.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
