Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn and other platforms to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Interviewing: Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- ATS Management: Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and organized candidate records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Technical Lead and team members to understand role requirements and refine hiring strategies.
- Proactive Engagement: Suggest improvements and initiatives for the recruitment process.
Qualifications:
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
- Tools Familiarity: Knowledge of ATS tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Adaptability: Familiarity with startup environments and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.
- Collaboration: A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
