Job Title: Sales/Marketing Consultant
As a Sales Consultant, your role will focus on building relationships with US-based real estate professionals, understanding their business needs, and presenting our tailored solutions to drive sales success. You will be the main point of contact for these clients, offering personalized guidance and expertise throughout their journey with us. You will also manage the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to final closing.
Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a must, as your daily communications will be with clients in the United States.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
- Strong command of English, both in speaking and writing
- Clear and professional spoken English with the ability to engage in spontaneous conversations
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office with up-to-date tech equipment, including a high-quality noise-canceling headset
- A reliable internet connection (minimum 30 Mbps for both download and upload speeds)
- Excellent work ethic and ability to manage time efficiently
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to understand client industries, challenges, and potential needs, tailoring your sales strategy accordingly
- Develop long-lasting relationships with prospects by offering customized solutions that address their unique pain points
- Engage in consultative sales conversations to pinpoint client needs and showcase the value of our services
- Present solutions effectively through presentations and demos, emphasizing how they meet client requirements
- Resolve any objections with transparent and helpful information to foster trust and confidence
- Successfully close deals by securing signed agreements and ensuring a smooth transition for client onboarding
Salary and Compensation:
- Base salary, plus performance-based commission (depending on experience)
- 40% base salary, 60% commission
- Uncapped commission potential (KPIs will be discussed during the interview process)
- Preference for candidates with real estate experience
Interview Process:
- Initial 15-minute interview
- Interview with the Operations Manager
- English proficiency and culture fit assessment
- Final interview
Ideal Start Date:
- End of January, early February
