All communications within this sales role will be in English, and Spanish proficiency is not required.
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals with attorneys across the U.S. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the growth of a newly formed sales team, with the chance to develop professionally and advance your career.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage your full sales cycle, focusing on building strong relationships with attorneys.
- Prospect for new business opportunities and manage your own pipeline, with a focus on outbound outreach.
- Close sales with precision, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.
- Convert inbound leads generated from various channels, including ads, webinars, and SDRs, based on performance.
- Continuously improve conversion rates and maximize revenue per deal.
- Use tools like HubSpot and Zoom to manage prospects and streamline your sales process.
What Were Looking For
- A minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of hitting and surpassing sales goals.
- A strong drive for success and an outbound sales mentality.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
