SDR Operations & Enablement Manager (Remote - LATAM)
A rapidly growing company in the B2B, retail, and architectural space is looking for an SDR Operations & Enablement Manager to help scale their outbound team while maintaining top performance. Over the past year, their SDR team has grown from 4 to 16, and they need a leader who can drive coaching, process optimization, and sales technology innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Training (Enablement)
- Conduct weekly 1:1 coaching sessions to refine SDR skills, messaging, and product knowledge.
- Lead call reviews and role-plays to improve objection handling and rapport-building.
- Assist with onboarding new SDRs, ensuring clear processes, tools, and best practices.
- Foster a growth-oriented team culture through training, best practice sharing, and development programs.
Operational Excellence
- Manage and optimize an extensive sales tech stack, including:
- Apollo / ZoomInfo
- Smartlead
- Power Dialers
- Oversee list building and prospect segmentation, ensuring SDRs have accurate, high-quality leads.
- Ensure proper sequence management, aligning outreach strategies for different verticals.
- Maintain and update the project tracking system for alignment across teams.
Reporting & Analytics
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, covering outreach effectiveness, email deliverability, and SDR quota attainment.
- Conduct data-driven deep dives to refine outreach timing, messaging, and target job titles.
- Provide proactive insights on revenue trends and areas for improvement.
Process Improvement & Collaboration
- Align with sales leadership and operations teams to refine strategy and OKRs.
- Partner with marketing to enhance messaging and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay on top of the latest sales tools, outbound strategies, and automation tactics.
- Work with HR on SDR hiring and onboarding, ensuring seamless team expansion.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading an SDR/BDR or sales operations team.
- Proven track record in coaching and developing high-performing SDRs.
- Familiarity with outbound tech platforms like Apollo, Smartlead, ZoomInfo, and Power Dialers.
- Strong data analysis skills, using reports to optimize SDR performance.
- Process-oriented mindset, capable of building and scaling sales systems.
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, eager to solve deliverability challenges and explore automation tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and drive accountability in remote teams.
