BDR Team Lead (Hybrid - CDMX)

What you'll do
- Lead & Mentor: Provide day-to-day support, coaching, and performance feedback to a team of Business Development Representatives.
- Drive Results: Monitor team KPIs and ensure consistent achievement of outreach, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Identify & Engage Prospects: Research and connect with potential clients via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark interest.
- Refine Outreach Strategies: Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging, outreach tactics, and lead quality.
- Onboard & Train: Help recruit, onboard, and train new BDRs to ensure successful ramp-up and consistent performance.
- Pipeline Management: Support the team in maintaining a healthy pipeline by tracking lead status and ensuring follow-ups.
- Market Insights: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor movements to optimize prospecting strategies.
- Foster Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and share key feedback.
What we're looking for
- Proven BDR Experience: 2-4 years in a business development, lead generation, or inside sales role.
- Leadership Mindset: Prior experience leading a team or a strong desire and potential to step into a leadership role.
- Strong Communicator: Ability to craft persuasive messages and confidently connect with prospects.
- Motivated & Resilient: Comfortable with a fast-paced environment, overcoming objections, and pushing through challenges.
- Industry Insight: Interest or experience in the food & beverage space is a bonus.
- Tech-Proficient: Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
- Fluent English: C1 level or higher.
- Highly Organized: Great with time management, multitasking, and prioritizing tasks for yourself and your team.
