Job Openings Intermediate Salesforce Developer

About the job Intermediate Salesforce Developer

Intermediate Salesforce Developer (Hybrid: Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town)

If you are an intermediate developer, the biggest risk to your career is getting stuck doing basic support work or minor admin tasks.

To get to the senior or architect level, you need to work on large systems and get your hands on advanced technology. This role gives you exactly that platform, backed by a global technology leader that will actively fund your professional growth.

We are looking for an Intermediate Salesforce Developer based in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town on a flexible hybrid schedule.

What is in it for you?

  • Sponsored certifications: You do not have to pay for your own career progression. The company formally commits to certification reimbursement, allowing you to stack your portfolio with advanced developer or architecture credentials on their dime.
  • Structured mentorship and up-skilling: You will have access to dedicated learning and development teams offering architectural coaching and clear, defined pathways to transition into Tech Lead or Solution Architect tracks.
  • Next-gen tech exposure: You will gain practical experience with Salesforce AI ecosystems like Agentforce, alongside complex MuleSoft and Data Cloud integrations for massive enterprise environments.
  • Complete remote and wellness support: You will receive a high-performance laptop, a monthly mobile and data connectivity stipend for your remote days, private health insurance, a corporate pension plan, and competitive paid leave.
  • International standards: You will collaborate within distributed teams across 50 countries, learning global software delivery lifecycles, Agile practices, and modern DevOps pipelines.

What you will be doing

You will develop and implement Sales and Service Cloud solutions for a major financial services client. This means moving past simple configurations to work on complex integrations, system modernisations, and high-volume data workflows alongside senior technical leaders.

What we need to see

  • Proven, mid-level experience developing inside Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • A minimum of two Salesforce development certifications already completed.
  • The capability to work on a hybrid schedule from offices in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town.

If you are ready to stop coasting and actually accelerate your track to a senior level, let us talk.
