Salesforce Business Analyst & Project Manager (Intermediate to Senior)

A lot of Salesforce BA and PM roles turn into glorified note-taking exercises where you just pass messages between business users and developers. This is not one of those roles. You will be actively steering enterprise delivery for a major financial services client, backed by the resources of a global technology leader.

We are looking for a hybrid Salesforce Business Analyst and Project Manager at an intermediate to senior level. You will join the team on behalf of Badger & Bird Talent and can be based in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town on a flexible hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing

You will wear two critical hats on this deployment. As a Business Analyst, you will run workshops with financial services stakeholders, map complex business processes, and translate requirements into clean, technical Salesforce user stories. As a Project Manager, you will own the delivery roadmap, manage timelines and resources, remove blockers for the development team, and ensure the project hits its milestones on time.

What we need to see

• Proven experience working as a Salesforce Business Analyst, Project Manager, or in a hybrid BA/PM role.
• A solid understanding of the Salesforce platform capabilities so you can challenge requirements and guide stakeholders effectively.
• Strong Agile delivery experience, with a track record of managing project backlogs and sprint cycles.
• The capability to work on a hybrid schedule from offices in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town.
