Salesforce Marketing & Data Cloud Developer (Hybrid: Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town)

Marketing automation is no longer just blasting emails; its real-time data ingestion and identity resolution. 

If you have experience in either Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud, your skills are in massive demand. This role gives you the platform to work across both environments for a major financial services client, even if you are currently stronger in one area than the other.

We are looking for a Developer in Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town on a flexible hybrid schedule.

What you will be doing

You will design, develop, and implement marketing automation and data architectures for a large financial services institution. This involves setting up data extensions, configuring real-time data streams in Data Cloud, unifying customer profiles, and building cross-channel journeys that respond to live customer data. If you are a Marketing Cloud expert, you will be up-skilled on Data Cloud delivery, and vice versa.

What we need to see

  • Practical development experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or a combination of both.
  • At least one valid certification in either Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud (having both is ideal, but not a dealbreaker).
  • The capability to work on a hybrid schedule from offices in either Pretoria, Johannesburg, or Cape Town.
