Badger & Bird Talent is partnering with a senior delivery team looking for a proactive manager to drive Salesforce implementations from discovery through to release.

This is not a position where you wait for direction. You will have the space to lead, challenge the status quo, and run projects your way.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

You will own the delivery momentum and act as the primary face of project execution.

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery within Agile frameworks, ensuring ceremonies are focused on clear outcomes.
• Maintain a strong client presence, building trust and confidence through consistent, active engagement.
• Balance delivery quality with commercial realities, making smart trade-offs regarding scope, timelines, and effort.
• Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and escalate blockers early to keep delivery on track.
• Align all project work to actual client outcomes rather than just ticking off tasks on a list.

What You Bring

• Strong professional proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Proven project management experience within a consultancy or client-facing environment.
• A verified track record of delivering Salesforce or similar CRM implementations.
• Hands-on experience working inside Agile delivery models.
• The ability to manage ambiguity, drive clarity for cross-functional teams, and travel to Europe or the UK when required.
