We are looking for a Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) expert to join a massive UK infrastructure project. You wont just be configuring a CRM; you'll be building the digital engine that connects rural British communities to high-speed broadband.

What You Need to Bring

• The Core Skill: You must have hands-on experience with Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity). You understand the specific data models and architecture of the Telco vertical.
• The Toolset: You are proficient in OmniStudio. You know exactly when to use a DataRaptor to pull data and when to deploy an Integration Procedure to transform it.
• The Industry Context: You understand the difference between a sales opportunity and a service order. You know that in Telco, a "product" is a complex bundle of services, and you know how to configure it.
• The Certification: If you hold a Salesforce OmniStudio or Communications Cloud certification, you are exactly who we need.
