The Reality of the Role

This is a pure-play development role focused heavily on the Financial Services Cloud architecture. You will not just be configuring basic workflows; you will be solving complex integration and data model challenges for major institutions.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Designing, developing, and customising Salesforce solutions with a heavy emphasis on Financial Services Cloud.
• Writing clean, scalable Apex, LWC, and managing complex integrations with external financial systems.
• Collaborating with technical architects and business analysts to translate enterprise financial requirements into functional code.
• Participating in code reviews to maintain high quality standards across international projects.

Who You Are

You need to be a developer who can hit the ground running technically but still values being a supportive, decent team member.

To be considered, you must bring:

• Proven development experience on the Salesforce platform, with specific, hands-on experience working with Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightening Web Components (LWC), and standard integration patterns (REST/SOAP).
• Experience working with enterprise-level clients, ideally within banking, insurance, or wealth management sectors.
• A collaborative mindset. You are confident in your technical abilities but open to feedback and ready to support your peers.
