We are looking for a Senior Tableau Developer who wants to be more than just a reporting resource. Join a top-tier Salesforce Partner and take the lead on a major data project for an East African Banking Group.

You will step out of the background and into a consulting role, turning massive banking data into the clear, visual insights that drive the region's financial strategy.

What You Will Actually Do

• Tell a Financial Story: You will design dashboards that are intuitive and easy to read, helping bankers understand complex trends at a glance.
• Make it Fast: You will write clean SQL and optimize data sources so that insights load instantly—nobody likes a slow dashboard.
• Connect the Systems: You will embed your visualizations directly into Salesforce, putting data exactly where the users need it.
• Guide the Team: You will be the senior voice in the room, mentoring junior devs and ensuring everyone follows best practices.

What We Need From You

• The Experience: 5+ years working with Tableau (Desktop & Server). You know the tool inside out.
• The Industry: You have worked in Banking or Fintech before. You understand the difference between a transaction and a balance.
• The Data Skills: You are comfortable with SQL. You know how to structure data before you visualize it.
• The Bonus: If you have ever worked in a Salesforce environment, you are exactly who we need.

The Work Setup

• Hybrid Balance: We believe in face-to-face collaboration for big ideas. You will be in the Johannesburg office 2 days a week and work from home for the other 3 days.
• The Team: You will work alongside some of the sharpest data engineers and architects in the country.
