To strengthen our presence in the Dutch market, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Country Manager to lead our multidisciplinary team and drive sustainable growth.

Your Role

As Country Manager Netherlands, you will:

• Define and execute the national strategy in alignment with group objectives.

• Lead and inspire a team of ±40 professionals across Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketplace, Solutions, and Indicata (Data & Insights).

• Translate market developments into commercial opportunities and customer-centric innovations.

• Manage the full P&L and drive performance across all business units.

• Act as the primary liaison with international headquarters and collaborate with colleagues across Europe.

You will report directly to the international executive team and serve as the face of Autorola in the Netherlandsboth internally and externally.

Span of Control

You will oversee the entire Dutch subsidiary, structured into five key domains:

• Marketplace Online B2B vehicle auctions

• Solutions Fleet and remarketing process optimization

• Indicata Real-time market data & vehicle valuation tools

• Finance & Operations Business control and execution

• Transport & Aftersales Logistics and customer support

You will manage the local management team and ensure strong cross-functional collaboration to achieve strategic and operational excellence.

International Scope

This role comes with a clear international dimension. You will be part of the European leadership group, contributing to cross-border initiatives and participating in strategic meetings. Willingness to travel within Europe is essential.

What You Bring

• At least 7 years of experience in a senior commercial or general management role.

• Proven success in the automotive, leasing, fleet, or financial services industry.

• Experience with digital platforms, SaaS business models, or B2B marketplaces.

• Strong leadership skills: hands-on, goal-oriented, and people-focused.

• Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with a strong grip on KPIs and performance metrics.

• Comfortable working within an international matrix organization.
