Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries, focusing on hiring trends and market gaps.
  • Generate leads through cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to pitch our recruitment services.
  • Engage prospects to understand their hiring needs and gather detailed job requirements.
  • Secure client commitments (e.g., signed agreements or job orders) to initiate the recruitment process.
  • Hand over client requirements and details to our recruitment team for candidate placement.
  • Follow up with clients until the handover to ensure satisfaction and a smooth transition.
  • Provide market feedback to help us sharpen our approach and win more business.

What Were Looking For

  • Experience in business development or sales (recruitment/staffing experience is a bonus but not essential).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident in cold outreach and closing deals.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a remote, independent role.
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn, email tools, or basic CRMs (Google Suite or MS Office skills are a plus).
  • Flexible to work across time zones (we will adjust to your schedule).
  • Passion for chasing opportunities and earning through results.
