Afternoon Production Team Lead

Job description:

We are looking for an organized and proactive Afternoon Production Team Lead to oversee our production team and ensure smooth operations during the 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM shift.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Workflow: Use the TV systems at each work station to ensure employees are working on the right jobs in the correct sequence, according to due dates.
• Assess Performance: Regularly check each worker's output to ensure they meet the required standards.
• Address Bottlenecks: Identify production bottlenecks and collaborate with the Day Team Lead or Management to resolve them quickly.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure completed orders are packed and shipped correctly. Match output to the signed art proof for a 100% quality check.
• Team Coordination: Reallocate team members to different production tasks to cover absences or vacations as needed.
• Shift Hand-off: Complete the handoff from the Day Team Lead and leave detailed notes at the end of the night for the Morning Team Lead to ensure continuity.
• Player-Coach Leadership
• : Be a hands-on leader who understands the most critical needs in production and actively participates to push key operations forward when needed.
• Leadership & Accountability: Understand all production processes and hold the team accountable for performance issues that impact production quantity and quality.
