RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client
  • Ensure alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectations
  • Identify resources or tasks needed for the project
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding)
  • Provide project updates via meetings or emails
  • Manage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicated and documented
  • Facilitate collaboration between internal teams
  • Monitor and raise/address issues that may affect the project
  • Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation


QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in managing projects, preferably within IT or B2B environments.
  • Familiarity with working on structured or government-related projects is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage client projects from initiation through completion with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Hands-on experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
  • Ability to bring projects to successful closure and maintain ongoing client engagement.
