About the job Recruitment Assistant
Were looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join our team.
The Recruitment Assistant will primarily be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening and selection) within the given timeline. She will also be involved in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives and strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen applications (review and endorse applications);
- Post job openings on various job search websites;
- Arrange schedule for exams and interviews;
- Administer exams and conduct interviews to qualified candidates;
- Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus meetings;
- Conduct company talks;
- Keep the documentation of the recruitment process up to date;
- File applicant documents;
- Maintain and build relationships with career placement offices and target student organizations in local colleges and universities;
- Prepare weekly recruitment reports;
- Perform reference and background checks for candidates for employment;
- Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates;
- Perform other recruitment and admin related tasks
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Highly organized, resourceful and flexible
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
- Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
- Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures
- Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information
- Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities
