About the job Project Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables for each client
- Ensure alignment of project scope and objectives with client expectations
- Identify resources or tasks needed for the project
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the engagement cycle (onboarding)
- Provide project updates via meetings or emails
- Manage client expectations and ensure any changes are clearly communicated and documented
- Facilitate collaboration between internal teams
- Monitor and raise/address issues that may affect the project
- Ensure a smooth transition from project implementation to client operation
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven experience in managing projects, preferably within IT or B2B environments.
- Familiarity with working on structured or government-related projects is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage client projects from initiation through completion with meticulous attention to detail.
- Hands-on experience in managing and nurturing client relationships
- Ability to bring projects to successful closure and maintain ongoing client engagement.
