Responsibilities:

  • Manage applicant databases
  • Assist in sourcing and screening of applicants
  • Arrange schedule for applicant exams and interviews
  • Conduct employment exams to qualified candidates
  • Assist in social media management and other recruitment marketing campaigns and activities
  • Participate in recruitment and internal events
  • Perform other recruitment, HR, training, and admin related tasks

Must be:

  • A student or graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or equivalent
  • Highly organized, resourceful, and flexible
  • Knowledge or experience in Recruitment/Staffing process is an advantage
  • Can start immediately
