About the job HR Intern
Responsibilities:
- Manage applicant databases
- Assist in sourcing and screening of applicants
- Arrange schedule for applicant exams and interviews
- Conduct employment exams to qualified candidates
- Assist in social media management and other recruitment marketing campaigns and activities
- Participate in recruitment and internal events
- Perform other recruitment, HR, training, and admin related tasks
Must be:
- A student or graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Management or equivalent
- Highly organized, resourceful, and flexible
- Knowledge or experience in Recruitment/Staffing process is an advantage
- Can start immediately
