WordPress Developer

The ideal candidate should be a well-rounded developer who can present a portfolio of various web applications, API integrations and creative solutions. Must have experience in SEO practices, improvements, and solutions. Willing to work with an agile marketing team, with passion for deep learning to improving the website overall.

As a Wordpress Developer, you will:

• Develop, Design, maintain Search Engine Optimized websites that market company solutions or increase customer value

• Improve SEO positions for tracked keywords by making changes to web codes

• Optimize landing pages for SEO and SEM purposes

• Modifying existing websites by applying SEO techniques

• Modifying existing websites by applying search engine optimization techniques

• Work with editorial and marketing teams to improve SEO rankings and website performance

• Identify areas for improvement with respect to enhancing user interface and user experience

Your profile:

• With a Bachelors/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent

• Has at least 5 years of experience with WordPress Theme & Plugin Development (ACF)

• Has at least 2 years of experience with 3rd Party API integration

• Has at least 2 years of experience with PHP

• Has at least 3 years of experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS

Nice-to-have Skills:

• Understanding of technical SEO

• Database management (MySQL/SQL)

• Front-end JS framework (React/Angular/Vue)

• Google Analytics/GTM JavaScript development

• Project management software proficiency

• Understanding of UX

• SASS/other CSS preprocessor

• Website speed optimization especially for Wordpress
