Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, professional networks, and other online resources.
  • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Review resumes and profiles to determine fit for open roles.
  • Conduct initial screening to gauge candidate suitability based on role requirements.
  • Partner with recruiters to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide regular updates to the recruitment team on sourcing progress, challenges, and insights.
  • Participate in recruitment events such as job fairs, campus meetings;
  • Come up with marketing strategies to source and attract candidates;

Qualifications:

  • A graduate of Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
  • Proven experience in sourcing or recruiting, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search, x-ray search, and social media recruiting.
  • Highly organized, resourceful and flexible
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
  • Can work efficiently under pressure and with minimum supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly, and follow processes and procedures
  • Can be trusted to maintain confidentiality of candidate information
  • Willing to travel to areas outside of Metro Manila to participate in recruitment activities
